HIV is a manageable chronic condition that should not prevent you from enjoying your life. We are here to support your life-journey and offer free services that can improve your quality of life. Effective Antiretroviral Treatment (ART) can suppress the virus to undetectable levels, protecting your health and preventing transmission. Effective ART suppresses HIV to undetectable viral levels. When HIV is undetectable, you cannot sexually transmit the virus to your partner(s), even if condoms are not used (U=U).
